Our Principal

Kristin Powers will serve as Malley Drive’s principal. Mrs. Powers has served the district for many years, and is coming to us from Riverdale Elementary. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education, as well as an Administrative Certification in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Denver,  and has three decades of education experience including time spent serving as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and principal. She is an excellent leader who has been recognized at the state level, earning the Colorado Principal of the Year Award in 2018.   She is eager to begin a partnership with staff and families to ensure the best educational experience possible for all Malley Drive’s scholars.
